Disable User (Office 365) activity

An activity that disables or deletes a user in Office 365.

Configure the Disable User activity

To configure the Disable User activity, do the procedure in this topic.

To send an e-mail notification, click Advanced > E-mail Notifications .

On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:
- Open a Process.
- Create a Process.
Do one of these:
- Add an activity:
  1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Office 365 Administration tab.
  2. On the Office 365 Administration tab, drag the Disable User activity onto your process.
- Change an activity:
  1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Add Token	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Office 365 Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Office 365.
User Name	Function: Specifies the name of the user whose Office 365 accounts to disable or delete. Accepted Values: One or more user names from the list. The user name list populates after you select your Office 365 access token. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Update User Account	Function: Specifies an action for the user account in Office 365. Accepted Values: Disable User - Disables the account for the specified user in Office 365. Delete User - Deletes the account for the specified user in Office 365. Default Value: Disable User
