  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

      2. On the Office 365 Administration Office 365 Administration icon tab, drag the Disable User Disable User icon activity onto your process.

      1. In your process, double-click your activity.

A list of access tokens configured for your environment.

User Name

Function:
Specifies the name of the user whose Office 365 accounts to disable or delete.
Accepted Values:
One or more user names from the list.

The user name list populates after you select your Office 365 access token.

Function:
Specifies an action for the user account in Office 365.

  • Disable User - Disables the account for the specified user in Office 365.
