Details

All the process templates information is stored in the AgilePoint database, and the SharePoint configuration information (e.g. AgilePoint enabled information for a doc lib/form lib) is stored in SharePoint integration database. As long as you do not delete the databases, you will not lose this information. You may reinstall AgilePoint Server, Manage Center, and the SharePoint Integration, then reconnect the existing databases, via AgilePoint Server Configuration panel for AgilePoint Server, and SharePoint Configuration Manager for SharePoint Integration.
