Manages your shared variables. For example, you can create, change, and delete shared variables.

How to Start

  1. Click Manage.

    Click Manage
  2. In Manage Center, click App Builder > Shared Variables.

    Click Shared Variables

Search Variables
Description:
Lets you do a search for the specified shared variable.
Allowed Values:
A valid shared variable name.
Default Value:
None

Add
Opens this Screen:
Add Variable screen
Function of this Screen:
Creates a shared variable.

Edit
Opens this Screen:
Edit Variable screen
Function of this Screen:
Changes a shared variable.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select a shared variable.

Import
Opens this Screen:
Import Shared Variables screen
Function of this Screen:
Imports shared variables specified in an XML file.

Export
Opens this Screen:
Export Shared Variables screen
Function of this Screen:
Exports an XML file with the system's current shared variables.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select one or more shared variables.

Delete
Function:
Deletes the specified shared variables.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select one or more shared variables.

Name
Description:
Shows the reference name of the shared variable.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Value
Description:
Shows the value that applies to the shared variable at runtime.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Type
Description:
Shows the data type for the shared variable.
Allowed Values:
Read only.
