Process Model Name

Description:
Specifies the name of your process model.
To Open this Field:
  • In the Search By field, select one of these:
    • Process Model Name
    • Advanced
Allowed Values:
A process model name from the list.

Process Instance Name

Description:
Specifies the name of your process instance.
To Open this Field:
  1. In the Search By field, select one of these:
    • Process Instance Name
    • Advanced
Allowed Values:
A valid process instance name.

App Name

Description:
Specifies the name of your app.
To Open this Field:
  1. In the Search By field, select Form Based App.
Allowed Values:
An app name from the list.

Date

Description:
Specifies how to filter the notifications based on date.
To Open this Field:
  • In the Search By field, select one of these:
    • Form Based App
    • Date
    • Advanced
Allowed Values:
  • Date Created
  • Next Delivery Date

Date Range

Description:
Specifies the duration in days to filter the notifications.
To Open this Field:
  1. In the Search By field, select one of these:
    • Form Based App
    • Date
    • Advanced

  • Today
  • Last 7 Days
  • Last 15 Days
  • Last 30 Days
  • In last No Of days
  • Between

In Last No Of Days

Description:
Specifies the duration in days to filter the notifications so that the Notifications screen shows the notifications sent in the specified number of days.
To Open this Field:
  1. In the Search By field, select one of these:
    • Form Based App
    • Date
    • Advanced
  2. In the Date Range field, select In Last No of Days.
Allowed Values:
An integer.
Default Value:
1

From

Description:
Specifies the earliest date to search the notifications.
To Open this Field:
  • In the Search By field, select one of these:
    • Form Based App
    • Date
    • Advanced
  • In the Date Range field, select Between.
Allowed Values:
A date from the calendar.
Default Value:
None

To

Description:
Specifies the end date to search the notifications in the range of dates to show in the Notifications screen.
To Open this Field:
  • In the Search By field, select one of these:
    • Form Based App
    • Date
    • Advanced
  • In the Date Range field, select Between.
Allowed Values:
A date from the calendar.

Status

Description:
Specifies the statuses to filter the notifications.
Allowed Values:
One or more statuses from the list.
Default Value:
Failed

Sort Results By

Description:
Shows a sequence of results based on the date the notification is made or next delivery date for sending the notifications.
Allowed Values:
  • Date Created
  • Next Send Date
Default Value:
Date Created

Name

Description:
Shows the name of the saved view.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Description:
Specifies the type of action to do for the saved view.

  • Delete Delete icon - Deletes the saved view.
