Shows the relationships between the parent process and subprocess for the process models.

Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. In on-premises SharePoint, on the SharePoint site, open the AgilePoint Work Center web part.

    Shows AgilePoint Nx Portal
  2. Click Inbox > Processes.

    Click Inbox Processes
  3. On the process list, click View Process Hierarchy.

    Click View Process Hierarchy

Fields

Field NameDefinition

Process Model

Description:
Shows the name of the process model.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Initiator

Description:
Shows the name of the user who started the process.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Process Instance Name

Description:
Shows the process instance name.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Initiated On

Description:
Shows the date-time the process started.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Status

Description:
Shows the status of the process.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

The status can be one of these:

  • Running - Specifies that process is running.
  • Completed - Specifies that process is Completed.
  • Suspended - Specifies that process is Suspended.
  • Cancelled - Specifies that process is Cancelled.
Cancel Process Cancel Process icon
Function:
Cancels a process instance.
View Process View Process icon
Description:
Opens the Process Viewer that shows the current status of the process.

Suspend Suspend icon

Function:
Suspends a running process.

Resume RunningIcon

Function:
Resumes a Suspended process.

Process Details Process Details icon

Description:
Shows the information about the process.
