App Views screen (Modern, SharePoint On-Premises)

Shows a custom view for the apps created in Modern Work Center.

Background and Setup

Prerequisites

SharePoint in an on-premises environment.
For SharePoint for Microsoft 365, refer to AgilePoint Intelligent Process Automation for Microsoft 365.
A custom view.

You must have the Create, Update, Remove Custom Views and Quick Launch access right to manage a custom view.

AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 Software Update 2 or higher.

How to Start

In on-premises SharePoint, on the SharePoint site, open the AgilePoint Work Center web part.
Click App Views > [view name].

Fields

Field Name	Definition
Search Apps	Function: Does a search of your published apps.
Group By Category	Function: Specifies whether to organize the published apps in a category. Allowed Values: On - Groups the published apps by their categories. Off - Shows the published apps in alphabetical order. Default Value: Off
Filter	Opens this Screen: Filter screen Function: Filters the apps to show on the My Apps screen.
Frequently Used Apps / Starred Apps / My Apps	Description: Specifies whether to show the most used published apps, starred apps, or all published apps. Allowed Values: Frequently Used Apps - Shows the most used published apps. Starred Apps - Shows the starred apps. My Apps - Shows all published apps. Default Value: Frequently Used Apps
Add Planned Task	Opens this Screen: Add Task To Planner screen (Modern, SharePoint On-Premises) Function: Adds a task or app to your planner in Modern Work Center.
App Details	Description: Shows detailed information about the app.
Save	Function: Saves the changes to the custom view. To Open this Field: On the App View screen, click Manage View .
Clone	Opens this Screen: Clone View screen (Modern, SharePoint On-Premises) To Open this Field: On the App View screen, click Manage View . Function: Creates a custom view that is a copy of another custom view for apps.
Edit	Opens this Screen: Edit View screen (Modern, SharePoint On-Premises) To Open this Field: On the App View screen, click Manage View . Function: Changes the configuration for the custom view that shows on the App Views tab.
Delete	Description: Deletes the custom view. To Open this Field: On the App View screen, click Manage View .
