App Views screen (Modern, Salesforce)

Search Apps

Function:

Does a search of your published apps.

Limitations:

Support for Unicode characters are available in these releases:

• AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud)
• AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud, or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v9.0 Software Update 1 or higher

Group By Category

Function:

Specifies whether to organize the published apps in a category.

Allowed Values:

• On - Groups the published apps by their categories.
• Off - Shows the published apps in alphabetical order.

Default Value:

Off

Filter

Opens this Screen:

Filter screen

Function:

Filters the apps to show on the My Apps screen.

Frequently Used Apps / Starred Apps / My Apps

Description:

Specifies whether to show the most used published apps, starred apps, or all published apps.

Allowed Values:

• Frequently Used Apps - Shows the most used published apps.
• Starred Apps - Shows the starred apps.
• My Apps - Shows all published apps.

Default Value:

Frequently Used Apps

Add Planned Task

Opens this Screen:

Add Task To Planner screen (Modern, Salesforce)

Function:

Adds a task or app to your planner in Modern Work Center.

App Details

Description:

Shows detailed information about the app.

Save

Function:

Saves the changes to the custom view.

To Open this Field:

1. On the App View screen, click Manage View .

Clone

Opens this Screen:

Clone View screen (Modern, Salesforce)

To Open this Field:

1. On the App View screen, click Manage View .

Function:

Creates a custom view that is a copy of another custom view for apps.

Edit

Opens this Screen:

Edit View screen (Modern, Salesforce)

To Open this Field:

1. On the App View screen, click Manage View .

Function:

Changes the configuration for the custom view that shows on the App Views tab.

Delete

Description:

Deletes the custom view.

1. On the App View screen, click Manage View .
