Background and Setup

AgilePoint NX OnPremises or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud.
Delete the custom process activity from any apps that use it.
When you delete a custom process activity from AgilePoint Server, apps that use the activity can no longer open or run at design time or runtime. Running apps that use the activity will fail, and processes that use the activity can not be changed in Process Builder.

Custom process activities are created with AgilePoint NX Developer.

On the AgilePoint Server machine, in Windows Explorer, right-click the file (AgilePoint Server installation folder) C:\Program Files\AgilePoint\AgilePoint Server\WCFConfigurationUtility.exe, and click Run as Administrator.
On the AgilePoint Server Manager screen, click Activity Removal Utility .

Specifies the connection to the AgilePoint Server instance.

Field Name	Definition
WSHTTP URL	Function: Specifies the WsHttp URL for your AgilePoint Server. For more information, refer to Find Your AgilePoint Service URL in AgilePoint NX. Accepted Values: A valid WsHttp URL in this format: https://[AgilePoint Server instance host name]:[WsHttp Port]/AgilePointServer Default Value: None Example: https://myapserver.com:1451/AgilePointServer
REST URL	Function: Specifies the REST URL for your AgilePoint Server. For more information, refer to Find Your AgilePoint Service URL in AgilePoint NX. Accepted Values: A valid REST URL in this format: https://[AgilePoint Server instance host name]:[Rest Port]/AgilePointServer Default Value: None Example: https://myapserver.com:1541/AgilePointServer
Domain	Function: The authentication domain for the AgilePoint Service Account. Accepted Values: An alphanumeric string with no spaces that represents an authentication domain in your environment. Default Value: None Example: Demo3
User Name	Function: Specifies the user name for the AgilePoint Service Account. Accepted Values: A valid user name. Default Value: None
Password	Function: The password for the authentication account. Accepted Values: An alphanumeric string that represents a password. Default Value: None

Select Activity	Function: Specifies the custom process activity to delete from AgilePoint NX. Accepted Values: A custom process activity from the Select Activity screen.
Next	Opens this Screen: Activity Information screen Function of this Screen: Shows the details of the custom process activity that you selected in the Select Activity sceen to delete from AgilePoint NX

Field Name	Definition
Activity Information	Function: Shows information about the custom process activity that you selected in the Select Activity screen. Accepted Values: Read only.
I Confirm. I would like to delete this activity	Function: Specifies whether to delete the specified custom process activity from AgilePoint NX. Accepted Values: Selected - Deletes the activity from AgilePoint NX. Deselected - The Uninstall button is not active, so the activity is not deleted from AgilePoint NX. Default Value: Deselected
Uninstall	Function: Deletes the custom process activity from AgilePoint NX. To Open this Field: On the Activity Information screen, select I Confirm. I would like to delete this activity.

Shows the details of the deleted custom process activity such as Deleting Activity, Deleted HTML file, and Deleted JSON file.

Field Name	Definition
Deleting Activity	Function: Shows the name of deleted custom process activity. Accepted Values: Read only.
Deleted HTML File	Function: Shows the name of deleted HTML file that was associated with deleted custom process activity. Accepted Values: Read only.
Deleted JSON File	Function: Shows the name of deleted JSON file that was associated with deleted custom process activity. Accepted Values: Read only.
Deleted Script File	Function: Shows the name of deleted JavaScript file that was associated with the deleted custom process activity. Accepted Values: Read only.
Finish	Opens this Screen: Closes the utility screen.
