Configure Data Population with SharePoint

To configure data population to store data in SharePoint, do the procedure in this topic.

How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

    For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.


    Open Process Builder
  2. In Process Builder, click Misc > Data Population.

    Click Data Population

Procedure

  1. On the Data Population screen, in the Repository field, select SharePoint.
  2. In the SharePoint field, select your SharePoint access token.

    To create a new access token, click Create Add Token icon. For more information, refer to Access Token for SharePoint.

  3. In the Site URL list, select the URL for your SharePoint site.
  4. Drag the SharePoint list from the List Name box to the Selected List Names box.
  5. Click Map Data.
  6. On the Schema Mapper, map the SharePoint list to the schema.
