How to Start

  1. Click Manage.

    Click Manage
  2. In the Manage Center, click Runtime Management > Processes.

    Click Runtime Management Processes
  3. On the Processes screen, click Search.

    Click Search Icon

Search By App Name

Function:
Does a search of the process instances based on the selected app name from the list.
Accepted Values:
  • Selected - Does a search based on the app name.
  • Deselected - Does not do search based on the app.
Default Value:
Selected

App Name

Function:
Specifies the name of your app.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select Search by App Name.
Accepted Values:
A valid app name.
Default Value:
None

Process Model Name

Function:
Specifies the name of your process model.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select Search by App Name, Search by Process Model Name or Advanced.
Accepted Values:
A valid process model name.
Default Value:
None

Status

Function:
Does a search for the process instances based on the status.
Accepted Values:
  • Running - Finds all the running process instances.
  • Suspended - Finds all the Suspended process instances.
  • Cancelled - Finds all the Cancelled process instances.
  • Completed - Finds all the Completed process instances.
  • All - Finds all the running, suspended, cancelled and completed process instances.
Default Value:

Sort Results By

Function:
Shows a sequence of results for the specified process instance date.
Accepted Values:
  • Date Started
  • Due Date
  • Date Completed
Default Value:
Date Started.

Function:
Does a search based on the specified options.

Clear

Function:
Sets the fields on the search screen to their default values.

Search By Process Model Name

Function:
Does search of the process instances based on the selected process model name from the list.
Accepted Values:
  • Selected - Does a search based on the process model name.
  • Deselected - Does not do search based on the process model.

Function:
Does a search of the process instances based on the selected process instance name from the list.
Accepted Values:
  • Selected - Does the search based on the process instance name.
  • Deselected - Does not do the search based on the process instance name.

Process Instance Name

Function:
Specifies the name of your process instance.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select Search by Process Instance Name or Advanced.
Accepted Values:
A valid process instance name.

Search By Process Dates

Function:
Does search of the process instances based on the process dates.
Accepted Values:
  • Selected - Does the search based on the process dates.
  • Deselected - Does not do the search based on the process dates.
Default Value:
Deselected

Date Started and/or Date Completed

Function:
Searches the process instances based on the date that the process instance is started and/or Completed.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select Search by Process Dates.
Accepted Values:
  • Today - Searches the process instances based on the today date that the process instance is started and/or completed.
  • In the last - Searches the process instances based on specified number of days that the process instances are started and/or completed.
  • Between - Searches the process instances based on in between 2 selected dates that the process instances are started and/or completed.

Advanced

Function:
Does a search of the process instances based on the advanced search criteria.
Accepted Values:
  • Selected - Does a search based on the advanced search options.
  • Deselected - Does not do a search based on the advanced search options.

Deselected

Process Initiator

Function:
Specifies the name of user who started the process.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select Advanced.
Accepted Values:
A valid process initiator user name.
Default Value:
None

Group Results By

Function:
Groups the search result based on specified column name.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select Advanced.
Accepted Values:
  • Process Model Name
  • Process Instance Name
  • Status
  • Date Started
  • Due Date
  • Date Completed
