Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. In the Manage Center, click System System icon > Session Management.
  2. On the Session Management screen, click Search Search icon.

Fields

Field Name Definition

Search
Function:
Specifies the creteria to search the user sessions.
Accepted Values:
  • Since Last Minutes - Does a search of the active user sessions within the most recent specified number of minutes.
  • Between Selected Timespan - Does a search of the active user sessions between the specified dates.
  • By Client Type - Does a search based on the type of NX component, app, or device used to access AgilePoint NX.
  • By User Name - Does a search of the active user sessions based on a specified user name.
  • All Records Since 24 Hours - Does a search for all user sessions within the last 24 hours.
  • Failed Status Since 24 Hours - Does a search for all failed user sessions within the last 24 hours.
