Release a Task to the Participant Pool

To release the assigned task for another user in the pool to take assignment, do the procedure in this topic.

Prerequisites

Good to Know

  • When the procedure is complete, the task moves from your My Tasks tab to your In Queue tab.

How to Start

  1. Do one of these:
    • ​In AgilePoint NX, click Work Center.
    • In SharePoint, go to the AgilePoint NX Dashboard.
    • In Salesforce, click the AgilePoint Dashboard tab.
  2. Click the My Tasks or In Queue tab.
  3. Click your task name.

Procedure

  1. On the task option list, click Release To Pool Release To Pool icon.
  2. On the Release To Pool screen, click Release To Pool.
