How Do I Set the My Team and Sub View on the Task List?
To set my team and sub view on the task list, do the procedure in this topic.
Prerequisites
- Make sure that you are a manager for all the users in your team.
These users can also be manager for other users.
For more information, refer to Edit Profile > Basic Information tab.
Good to Know
- When the procedure is complete, you can see tasks for you, the members of your direct team, and the members of their direct teams. This is typically used by higher level managers.
Procedure
- On your human task activity, in the Participants screen, drag the user, group, or role with your team member as necessary onto the Details list.
