How Do I Improve the Performance of eForms in Internet Explorer?

Symptoms

eForms take more time to load in Internet Explorer than they do in other browsers.

Cause

Your AgilePoint Server is in different domain than your data repository servers, such as SharePoint or databases.

Resolution

1. Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Security tab.
2. Select the Trusted sites zone.
3. Click Custom Level.
4. On the Security Settings screen, in the Miscellaneous > Access data sources across domains, select Enable.
