Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. Click Manage.

    Click Manage
  2. In the Manage Center, clickSystem > Session Management.

    Click Session Management
  3. On the Session Management screen, click Search.

    Click Search icon

Search
Function:
Specifies the creteria to search the user sessions.
Accepted Values:
  • Within The Last Few Minutes - Does a search of the active user sessions within the most recent specified number of minutes.
  • Between Selected Timespan - Does a search of the active user sessions between the specified dates.
  • By Client Type - Does a search based on the type of NX component, app, or device used to access AgilePoint NX.
  • By User Name - Does a search of the active user sessions based on a specified user name.
  • All Records Within The Last 24 Hours - Does a search for all user sessions within the last 24 hours.
  • Failed Status Within The Last 24 Hours - Does a search for all failed user sessions within the last 24 hours.
