Cancel Process screen (Classic, Microsoft 365)

Prerequisites

• A process in any status other than Completed or Cancelled.
• You must have the Cancel a Process access right to cancel the process.

  For more information, refer to Add Role screen.

• SharePoint for Microsoft 365.

  For SharePoint on-premises, refer to AgilePoint NX Dashboard.

Good to Know

• When you cancel a process, all Assigned tasks are removed from the participants' task list.
• Before cancelling, make sure that you want to cancel this process and its subprocesses.
• Documentation for this screen is provided for completeness. The fields are mostly self-explanatory.

SharePoint for Microsoft 365 (My Tasks)

1. In SharePoint for Microsoft 365, open AgilePoint Dashboard.

   
   
   

2. On the AgilePoint Dashboard screen, click My Tasks.

   
   
   

3. On the My Tasks tab, click [Task Name] > Cancel Process.

   
   
   

SharePoint for Microsoft 365 (In Queue)

1. In SharePoint for Microsoft 365, open AgilePoint Dashboard.

   
   
   

2. On the AgilePoint Dashboard screen, click In Queue.

   
   
   

3. On the In Queue tab, click [Task Name] > Cancel Process.

   
   
   

SharePoint for Microsoft 365 (Process I Started)

1. In SharePoint for Microsoft 365, open AgilePoint Dashboard.

   
   
   

2. On the AgilePoint Dashboard screen, click Process I Started.

   
   
   

3. On the Processes I Started tab, click [Process Name] > Cancel Process.

   
   
   

SharePoint for Microsoft 365 (Process I've Worked)

1. In SharePoint for Microsoft 365, open AgilePoint Dashboard.

   
   
   

2. On the AgilePoint Dashboard screen, click Process I've Worked.

   
   
   

3. On the Processes I've Worked tab, click [Process Name] > Cancel Process.
