Shows a list of applications that are published for your use. You can click any app name to start a new instance.

Good to Know

  • Any process model that shows on the My Apps screen is considered an AgilePoint NX App for licensing purposes.

    For more information, refer to AgilePoint NX (v6.0 or Higher) App and User License FAQ.

  • The limit of one parent process model in a process-based application was enforced in AgilePoint NX OnPremises v7.0 Software Update 1. In earlier releases, this was a limit according to the license, but the options in this list allowed more than one parent process.

How to Start

  1. Click Work Center Work Center icon.
  2. On the Work Center screen, click My Applications My Applications icon.

Fields

Field Name Definition

Search
Function:
Does a search of your application and process.
Accepted Values:
The name of an application or process.
Default Value:
None

Sort By
Function:
Specifies how to sort the applications and processes.
Accepted Values:
  • Release Date - Sorts the application and process model in release date.
  • Alphabetically - Sorts the application and process model in alphabetical order.
Default Value:
Release Date

Save Filter
Function:
Saves your change in the Sort By field.

Clear
Function:
Clears the value you select in the Sort By field and set the default value as Release Date.

Show
Function:
Specifies the types of applications, to show.
Accepted Values:
  • All Apps - Shows process-based apps and form-based apps.
  • Form-Based Apps Only - Shows form-based applications only.
  • Process-Based Apps Only - shows process-based applications only.
Default Value:
All Apps

Group By Applications
Function:
Specifies whether to organize the applications in a group.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Organize the applications in a group.
  • No - Does not organize the applications in a group.
Default Value:
No

Stack Horizontally
Function:
Specifies whether to show your processes that are grouped by their application name horizontally or in a group.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the My Applications screen, select Group By Applications to Yes.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Shows your processes that are grouped by their application name horizontally.
  • No - Shows your processes that are grouped by their application name in a group.
Default Value:
No

Show Pagination
Function:
Specifies whether to show the results in a list of pages.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - Shows the results on more than one page.
  • No - Shows one page of results.
Default Value:
Yes

Tile View Pane
Function:
Shows your processes.

Processes show with the process theme. You can configure themes in the application settings.

If you hover over a process, it shows the application name, process model name, and version number.
