Import Picklist Items screen

Uploads an exported picklist items from your local machine, and adds it to a picklist in Data Entities.

Prerequisites

Download a picklist items as an XML file or JSON file.
For more information, refer to Export Picklist Items.
AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v7.0 Software Update 2 or higher.

How to Start

On the Picklists screen, click a picklist.
On the right side of the screen, click the Ellipses (...) > Import Picklist Items .

Fields

Field Name	Definition
Select file to import	Function: Specifies a file that contains the picklist items to import. Accepted Values: An XML or JSON file that contains an exported picklist items Click the Select a file button to select a file from your local file system. Default Value: None
Selected File Type	Function: Shows the type of file you selected in the Select file to import field. Accepted Values: Read only. Default Value: None
