Dynamic Group

Navigation

1. In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
2. Navigate to the Premier Extension stencil.
3. On the Premier Extension stencil, drag the Dynamic Group AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
4. To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.

Properties for This AgileShape

Field Name	Definition
Group/Role	Definition: Determines whether a task is performed by an AgilePoint group or an AgilePoint role. Allowed Values: AgilePointGroup - Specifies that an AgilePoint group performs the task. AgilePointRole - Specifies that an AgilePoint role performs the task. Default Value: AgilePointGroup
Group/Role Name	Opens the Following Window: Opens one of the following windows, depending upon the settings configured in the Group/Role field: Select AgilePoint Group Window - Specifies the name of the AgilePoint group that is assigned as the participant for the task. Select AgilePoint Role Window - Specifies the name of the AgilePoint role that is assigned as the participant for the task.
