To create a notification message, do the following.
Navigation
- In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
- Drag any AgileWork, and drop it on the Process Model.
- To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
- Select the message type you want. Not all message types are available from all message channels.
- Task Assigned (Message Channel)
- Task Reassigned (Message Channel)
- Task Completed (Message Channel)
- Task Cancelled (Message Channel)
- Reminder Message (Message Channel)
- Activity Entry Message (Message Channel)
Instructions
- On the message Template Wizard window, click New.
- In the Name field, enter a name for your message template.
- In the Message field, enter the text for your message.
- Complete any additional fields as required on the
following window, as appropriate for your message type.
