This page gives the enhancements and fixes in AgilePoint NX v6.0 SP1, Software Update 1, Hotfix 2, which are also included in this release.

Portal Enhancements

12.0295.01: The Portal home page shows the product version in the bottom right of the screen.

Form Builder Enhancements

15.0295.01: eForm rendering performance has been enhanced.
15.0295.02: The File Upload form control supports Amazon S3 as a data source.
15.0295.03: The Sequence Number form control supports localization.
15.0295.04: NetSuite lookup supports saved search.

Manage Center Enhancements

16.0295.01: A role-based permission is available for Report View.
16.0295.02: For Exchange Server running in EWS mode, you can use credentials in the format, domain\username.
16.0295.03: Event Services supports e-mails with no content in the message body.

AgilePoint Server Fixes

03.0295.01: SMTP configuration fails to send e-mails if the password has a colon (:).
03.0295.02: Activity deployment fails for non-English environments.
03.0295.03: A 12 month AgilePoint NX subscription license key shows expiry message after 360 days, instead of 365 days.

SharePoint Integration Fixes

06.0295.02: The Reports page in SharePoint 2010 points to the version of the AgilePoint software that supports SharePoint 2013.

Data Services Fixes

11.0295.01: If the Data Services AgileConnector is configured, but the Data Services tables do not exist in the database, forms fail to submit.

Portal Fixes

12.0295.03: If the logo is changed in the Portal, the change does not show in eForms.

App Builder Fixes

13.0295.01: Occasionally, data model and library files are deleted from an application.

Process Builder Fixes

14.0295.01: In the SharePoint Create List Item activity, if the Date Type field value is null, it suspends the process instance.
14.0295.02: In the Exchange Server Find Message By Subject activity, if the e-mail format is Text, it fails to parse the body off the e-mail.
14.0295.03: The performance of the Word Creator activity has been enhanced.
14.0295.04: If a task from a Dynamic Group Task activity is in New status, and is reassigned to a different participant, the target participant can not take any action on the task, such as take assignment, reassign, or cancel.
14.0295.05: The Create Batch List Item activity has been renamed to Create Multiple List Items.
14.0295.06: The Update Process Data activity does not update values with Japanese characters.
14.0295.07: The Parallel Tasks activity does not assign the same task for different parallel work items.

Form Builder Fixes

15.0295.05: In Internet Explorer, if you print an eForm with a Text Area form control, if line breaks are used in the Text Area, the lines overlap.
15.0295.06: If a rule is configured to copy a value from a Number Box form control with 4 decimal places to a Currency form control with 2 decimal places, it fails to copy the value the first time the rule executes.
15.0295.07: If a rule is configured to copy a value from a Number Box form control with 4 decimal places to a Currency form control with 2 decimal places, the second time the rule executes, it rounds up incorrectly.
15.0295.08: If a number used in the Range form control does not fall within the specified minimum and maximum values, the form control shows distorted on the eForm.
15.0295.09: The ExecuteLookUp JavaScript method fails to execute because the internal method signature changed.
15.0295.10: When an eForm loads, if you run a SetFieldValue rule on a User List form control, and you assign a process data variable to set the value, when you edit the rule, it does not keep the process variable.
15.0295.11: In a nested subform with 3 levels, if you add more form controls,the Form Builder UI stops working.
15.0295.12: In the Map form control, you can not configure more than 2 digits in the coordinates.
15.0295.13: In WCF lookups, the Schema Mapper keeps connections that are deleted.
15.0295.14: The People Picker form control shows the column header in subforms in summary view.
15.0295.15: If a subform has a default occurrence more than 1, a File Upload control fails to upload files other than first row of the subform.

Work Center Fixes

17.0295.01: In the Work Center, in the My Apps section, if you hover over a process, it should show the version number, but it does not.
