Form Builder Fixes

Manage Center Fixes

16.0283.01: In Manage Center, if you go to Runtime Management > Processes > Search > Data tab > Process Viewer, the Process Viewer does not show in the available screen space.
16.0283.02: Manage Center > Data tab does not scroll down using the scroll wheel on a mouse.

Work Center Fixes

17.0283.01: In the Process Viewer, if there is more than one Subprocess activity, activity information does not show for the Subprocess activities.
17.0283.02: In the Work Center > Inbox, if your browser is in restore mode with the filter option open, the Apply and Cancel buttons do not show.
