Good to Know

• An AgilePoint NX user can change their own password.

• It is best practice to inform the user of the new credentials so they can log in using the new password.

Procedure

1. Sign in to a domain-connected computer.
2. Open the Active Directory Users and Computers console.
3. Find the user account whose password you want to reset.
4. In the right pane, right-click the user account, and select Reset Password.
5. Type the new password, and enter it again to confirm.
6. To save the changes, click Reset Password.
