Specifies the behavior when a process instance starts from a Yammer hashtag.

Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. On the AgilePoint Server machine, in Windows Explorer, right-click the file (AgilePoint Server installation folder) C:\Program Files\AgilePoint\AgilePoint Server \WCFConfigurationUtility.exe, and click Run as Administrator.
  2. On the AgilePoint Server Manager screen, in the left pane, select your AgilePoint Server instance.
  3. Click Open Server Configuration Open Server Configuration icon.
  4. On the AgilePoint Configuration screen, click the Extensions tab.
  5. On the Extensions tab, select YammerHashTag.
  6. Click Configure.
  7. On the Yammer Hashtag AgileConnector Configuration screen, set the schedule to initiate your process instance.
  8. Click Next.

Fields

Field Name Definition

Yammer Definitions
Function:
A group of configuration settings for initiating a specified process instance using a specified Yammer connection.

You can select a Yammer definition to modify, or click Add to create a new Yammer definition to add to the list.

Accepted Values:
The list of your defined Yammer definitions.
Default Value:
None

Add
Function:
Creates new Yammer definition.

Remove
Function:
Deletes the selected Yammer definition.

SharePoint / Non-SharePoint
Function:
Specifies whether your process is associated with a SharePoint list.
Accepted Values:
  • SharePoint - Specifies that your process is associated with a SharePoint list. This option allows you to associate Yammer variables with SharePoint list columns associated with your process.
  • Non-SharePoint - Specifies that your process is not associated with a SharePoint list. This option allows you to associate Yammer variables with custom attributes from a non-SharePoint process.

SharePointListUrl / Process Definition
Function:
Specifies the process model you want to initiate.
Accepted Values:
  • SharePoint list URL - Enter the SharePoint list URL associated with the AgilePoint process you want to initiate.

    In SharePoint, make sure your SharePoint list is associated with a workflow that initiates your AgilePoint process.

  • Process Definition - Select the process model you want to initiate.

Custom Field
Function:
Specifies a variable to map from your process to a Yammer variable.
Accepted Values:
A process data variable.
Default Value:
None

Function:
Specifies the standard Yammer variable you want to map with your process variable.
