Specifies the users and groups who are process initiators for an application.

Prerequisites

  • On the Tenant Settings screen, set Enable Application Permission Control to Yes.

How to Start

  1. In the Manage Center, click Application Management Application Management icon > Permissions.
  2. On the Application Permissions screen, in the APPLICATIONS list, select your application.
  3. Click Edit Edit icon.
  4. On the Permission Settings screen, click Process Initiators tab.
  5. On the Process Initiators tab, click Edit Edit icon.

Select Process
Function:
Selects a process from the list.
Accepted Values:
A list of processes from your application
Default Value:
None

Available Members
Function:
Shows the users or groups you can add to the list of process initiators.
Accepted Values:
An AgilePoint NX user or group.
Default Value:
None

Available Members - Search
Function:
Finds users or groups.
Accepted Values:
All or part of an AgilePoint user or group name.
Default Value:
None

Add Member Add Member icon

Function:
Adds users or groups in the Available Members list to the Assigned Members list to give permission for the application.

Assigned Members
Function:
Shows the users or groups who are process initiators for the application.
Accepted Values:
An AgilePoint NX user or group.
Default Value:
None

Remove Remove icon
Function:
Deletes the selected user or group.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select a member in the Assigned Members list.
