Global E-mail Templates screen

Creates, changes, and deletes e-mail templates that can be used to create e-mail notifications in the App Builder.

An e-mail template sets the recipients, subject, body, and other aspects of an e-mail sent from AgilePoint. You can use e-mail templates to apply default values to an e-mail, such as To, From, CC, BCC, subject, and body. You can also use process data variables to insert data from your process

How to Start

  1. In the Manage Center, click App Builder App Builder icon > Global E-mail Templates.

E-mail Template Name
Function:
Specifies the name of the e-mail template.

Read only

Subject
Function:
Shows the subject line of the e-mail notification.
Accepted Values:
Read only

Sender
Function:
Shows the name of the user who sends the e-mail.
Accepted Values:
Read only

To
Function:
Shows the recipients for the e-mail.
Accepted Values:
Read only

CC
Function:
Shows all the recipients who receive the e-mail notification.
Accepted Values:
Read only

BCC
Function:
Shows all the recipients in blind carbon copy who receive the e-mail notification.
