Lets you view and manage the processes to which you are connected.

How to Start

  1. In SharePoint, go to the Dashboard.

    Depending upon your version of SharePoint, this may be an App Part or Web Part.

  2. Click the Processes I've Worked tab.

Fields

Field Name Definition
Refresh Refresh icon
Function:
Refreshes the screen's content. Use this button to refresh the screen's content to see if there are changes.
Cancel Process Cancel Process icon
Function:
Cancels the specified processes, or the processes associated with the tasks.

Process

Function:
Shows the name of the process model.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Status

Function:

Shows the status of the process.

Accepted Values:
  • Running Running icon - Specifies that process is running.
  • Completed Completed icon - Specifies that process is Completed.
  • Suspended Suspended icon - Specifies that process is Suspended.
  • Cancelled Cancelled icon - Specifies that process is Cancelled.

Process

Function:
Shows the name of the process model.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Started Date

Function:
Shows the date the process started.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Initiator

Function:
Shows the name of the user who started the process.
Accepted Values:
Read only.
Filter Filter icon
Function:
Shows the items in the list based on the values you enter.
  1. Click Filter Filter icon.
  2. On the filter screen, select your operator.
  3. Enter the values to show in your list.
Accepted Values:
  • Is equal to
  • Is not equal to
  • Starts with
  • Contains
  • Does not contain
  • Ends with
