Service Level Agreement (SLA)

This AgileShape enables you to track the time it takes to complete a range of elements in a process instance. Within a process template, you can set more than one timer using the same SLA AgileExtender shape.



Navigation

  1. In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
  2. Navigate to the Extender stencil.
  3. On the Extender stencil, drag the Service Level Agreement AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
  4. To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.

SLATimer

Opens the Following Window:
Time Watch Between Activities Window
Purpose of this Window:
Sets up the SLA timer, including the range of AgileShapes you want to time.

Common AgilePart Properties

This AgilePart inherits the following common properties. For more information, see AgilePart - Common Setup. Note that only the relevant properties are available in AgilePoint Envision. Unneeded properties are hidden.
