Delete Records

An AgilePart that deletes multiple existing database records in a database table.



Navigation

  1. In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
  2. Navigate to the Database stencil.
  3. On the Database stencil, drag the Delete Records AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
  4. To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.

DatabaseType
Definition:
Specifies the type of database to be used.
Allowed Values:
  • SqlServer
  • Oracle
Default Value:
SqlServer

InsertXMLRepeatingDescriptor
Opens the Following Window:
Configuration for Deleting Database Record(s) Window
Purpose of this Window:
Specifies where and how to delete the records from the database.
Timeout
Definition:
Specifies the maximum amount of time, in seconds, allowed for the completion of the web service call for the AgileShape.
Allowed Values:
Any positive integer.
Default Value:
600
