Why Doesn't the E-mail Activity Send E-mails Outside My Company's Domain?

This is an SMTP server configuration issue.

1. Navigate to IIS Manager > SMTP Server Virtual Server > Properties > Access > Relay tab.
2. Add the IP address of the AgilePoint Server.
