Fields

Field NameDefinition

Default Names
Function:
Shows the default names of the shared resources and processes.
Accepted Values:
Read only.
Default Value:
Different for different application resource and processes.
Example:
  • Images
  • Library
  • Forms

Custom Names
Function:
Specifies the names of your shared resources and processes.
Accepted Values:
One line of text that can have spaces.
Default Value:
Different for different application resource and processes.
Example:
  • Images
  • Library
  • Forms

Quick View
Function:
Specifies whether the process or resource shows in the Quick Links in Process Builder.
Accepted Values:
  • Yes - The resource shows in the Quick Links in Process Builder.
  • No - The resource does not show in the Quick Links.
Default Value:
Different for different application resource and processes.

Visible
Function:
Specifies if the process or resource shows in the App Explorer.
Accepted Values:
  • Show - Shows the item in the Application Explorer.
  • Hide - Does not show the item in the Application Explorer.
Default Value:
Show
