Virtual Host Requirements

This section provides general information about the minimum system requirements for the host machine for AgilePoint NX OnPremises in a virtual environment.

Architecture	64 bit
Processors	4
Memory (RAM)	8 GB allocated to each virtual machine In a virtual environment, memory allocation is not guaranteed. If 8 GB is allocated for a virtual machine, it does not mean the machine will have access to 8 GB memory at all times. The memory is shared among all the virtual machines on a host machine.
Virtualization Technologies	AgilePoint recommends Microsoft Hyper-V or VMWare. Other virtualization software is supported as described at the following link: http://www.windowsservercatalog.com/results.aspx?&bCatID=1521&cpID=0&avc=0
Network Bandwidth	1 GB network connection on the host machine
Other Hardware or Devices	AgilePoint recommends running the database on a physical machine.
