AgilePoint SharePoint Integration Requirements

This section provides information about the minimum system requirements for the on-premises SharePoint Integration component of AgilePoint NX.

Processor (CPU)

Any processor supported by Microsoft for a compatible version of

Memory (RAM)

See Microsoft requirements for guidelines.

Available Hard Disk Space
  • 50 MB
  • This is in addition to the requirements for Microsoft SharePoint

Other Hardware or Devices

See Microsoft requirements for guidelines.

Operating System

Any operating system Microsoft supports for a compatible version of Microsoft SharePoint.

Locally Installed Software

One of the following:

  • SharePoint Server 2019
    • Standard or Enterprise
    • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 required on all SharePoint Server machines
  • SharePoint Server 2016
    • Standard or Enterprise
    • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 required on all SharePoint Server machines
  • Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2013
    • Foundation, Standard, or Enterprise
    • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 required on all SharePoint Server machines

Other Software in the Environment
  • AgilePoint Server
    Note: If your AgilePoint Server instance uses HTTPS, to use on-premises SharePoint, the web application for your SharePoint site must be configured to use HTTPS.
  • Client machines that access the AgilePoint NX server-hosted applications must use one of these browsers:
    • Firefox 35 or higher
    • Google Chrome 40 or higher
    • Internet Explorer 10 or higher
    • Microsoft Edge
    • Safari 6 or higher

    Web browser limitations:

    • Web browsers must have cookies enabled.
    • The Data Entities component is not supported in Internet Explorer.
    • The Page Builder component is not supported in Internet Explorer.
    • The Application Builder component is not fully supported in Microsoft Edge.
    • In SharePoint for Office 365, the SharePoint Dashboard App Part does not support the Safari web browser.
    Note: AgilePoint NX uses client-side rendering for its forms and components, so overall performance of these components depends upon the performance of the web browser on the client machine.

Database

A database supported by Microsoft for a compatible version of SharePoint.

AgilePoint does not require space on the SharePoint database. All AgilePoint workflow data is stored in the AgilePoint database.
