Update Announcement screen

Prerequisites

By default, the NX Portal Administrator has permission to create, change, and delete an announcement.
Other users can create, change, and delete announcements if they have access rights for the Settings module, and they are named in the NX Portal web.config file in the key announcement:AllowedUsers.

Field Name	Definition
Title	Function: Specifies the title of the announcement. Accepted Values: One line of text that can have spaces. Default Value: None Example: Refer to: (Example) Announcements
Subtitle	Function: Specifies the summary of the content that shows next to the title of an announcement on the Notifications screen. Accepted Values: One line of text that can have spaces. Default Value: None Example: Refer to: (Example) Announcements
Status	Function: Specifies the status of the announcement. Accepted Values: Draft - The announcement is created successfully, but it is in draft status. Published - The announcement is published and the user can see the announcement notification. Archived - The announcement is created successfully, but it is not ready to publish. Default Value: Draft Example: Refer to: (Example) Announcements
Submitted by	Function: Specifies the name of the user who created the announcement. Accepted Values: A user name. Default Value: None Example: Refer to: (Example) Announcements
Content	Function: Specifies the content of the announcement. Accepted Values: More than one line of text. Default Value: None Example: Refer to: (Example) Announcements
Update	Function: Saves the changes.
