Open More Than One Task

To open more than one task in the Dashboard, do the procedure in this topic.

Good to Know

  • When the procedure is complete, the task forms open in a new browser window. You can navigate between the task forms using the left or right navigation arrows.
  • If you open an eForms task from SharePoint or Salesforce, you do not need to log on to the NX Portal.

How to Start

  1. Do one of these:
    • ​In AgilePoint NX, click Work Center.
    • In SharePoint, go to the AgilePoint NX Dashboard.
    • In Salesforce, click the AgilePoint Dashboard tab.
  2. Click the My Tasks or In Queue tab.

Procedure

  1. On the My Tasks or In Queue tabs, select the tasks to open.
  2. Click Open Multiple Task Open Multiple Task icon.
