Cancel a Process from Your Process List

Prerequisites

• A process in any status other than Completed or Canceled.
• You must have access rights to do this procedure.

Good to Know

• When you cancel a process, all Assigned tasks are removed from the participants' task lists.

How to Start

1. Do one of these:
   • ​In AgilePoint NX, click Work Center.
   • In SharePoint, go to the AgilePoint NX Dashboard.
   • In Salesforce, click the AgilePoint Dashboard tab.
2. Click the Processes I Started or Processes I've Worked tab.
3. Click the process name.

Procedure

1. On the process option list, click Cancel Process .
2. (Optional) On the Cancel Process screen, in the Comments field, enter information about your cancel action.
