Detach Document

This shape is used to copy/move all attachments ( annotations) from an entity to a SharePoint Library or Folder (which must already exist).

An entity Field (of Type Text and of Format URL) can be configured to hold the URL of the filename in SharePoint, so that the file in SharePoint is associated with the entity.

Navigation

In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
Navigate to the XRM Automatic Activities 2011 or XRM Automatic Activities 4 stencil.
On the XRM Automatic Activities 2011 or XRM Automatic Activities 4 stencil, drag the Detach Document AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.

Properties for This AgileShape

Field Name	Definition
EntityId	Definition: This should be the ID of the desired entity record. This value is usually a dynamic value.
EntityName	Definition: Select the entity type. This can be a static or dynamic value
RemoveNotes	Definition: If set to True, the attachment is deleted from the entity after being stored in SharePoint
SharePointUrl	Definition: This is the URL of an existing SharePoint Library or Folder where the file in the attachment is going to be stored. It can contain dynamic values with ${
UrlFieldName	Definition: This is the name of the field of the entity to store the URL of the filename that is now stored in SharePoint. Make sure the field is of Type Text and of Format URL.

Common AgilePart Tasks

Collapse/Expand Shape

Right-clicking the shape brings up the Collapse menu action. Clicking it collapses the shape to a small circle. Right-clicking a collapsed shape shows the Expand menu item, restoring the shape to its original form.

Use Collapse shape to minimize the visual effect of steps in the process which are not of any interest to the Business User.

Add/Remove Timer

Right-clicking the shape brings up the Add Timer menu action. Clicking it adds a timer to the shape, allowing the process modeler to add an alternative route out of the shape when the configured Time Span times out.

Right-clicking a shape with a Timer shows a Remove Timer menu action, which would remove the timer from the shape.
