Publish Content

An AgilePart that changes the status of a SharePoint file from Draft to Published.

Navigation

In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
Navigate to the SharePoint stencil.
On the SharePoint stencil, drag the Publish Content AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.

Document URL	Definition: The URL of your document or file — for example, the file you want to add, delete, or check out. Allowed Values: A valid URL. Default Value: None Custom Attributes: Yes

This AgilePart inherits the following common properties. For more information, see AgilePart - Common Setup. Note that only the relevant properties are available in AgilePoint Envision. Unneeded properties are hidden.
