Portal Listing

An AgilePart that adds a link to a SharePoint link library. This AgileShape is typically used with the SharePoint Portal site template.



Navigation

  1. In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
  2. Navigate to the SharePoint stencil.
  3. On the SharePoint stencil, drag the Portal Listing AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
  4. To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.

Field Name Definition

Link LibraryName
Definition:
Specifies the name of the SharePoint library where you want to add a new link.
Allowed Values:
A valid SharePoint library name.
Default Value:
Links - Specifies the name of a SharePoint list template.

You can add a list of web pages to the link library created using this template.

LinkURL
Definition:
Specifies the URL of the link you want to add to the SharePoint link library.
Allowed Values:
A valid URL.
Default Value:
None

Notes
Definition:
The information about the new portal link you want to provide.
Allowed Values:
A text string.
Default Value:
None
Custom Attributes:

Overwrite
Definition:
Determines whether the AgileShape overwrites an existing link URL instead of creating a new one.
Allowed Values:
  • True - The AgileShape overwrites an existing link.

    If you specify True and a link already exists, the AgileShape replaces an existing Link URL with the new link. This indicates that AgileShape updates the non-URL properties of the existing link.

  • False - The AgileShape creates a new link instead of overwriting an existing link.
Default Value:
True

SharePointPortalURL
Definition:
Specifies the URL for your SharePoint site.
Allowed Values:
A valid SharePoint site URL.
Default Value:
$SPServer
Custom Attributes:
Yes
Example:
http://[machine name]:[port]

Title
Definition:
Specifies the title for the new portal link.
Allowed Values:
A text string.
Default Value:
None

No
