PDF Converter

An AgilePart that converts multiple files in various formats to PDF files.

Good to Know

Only files in the AgilePoint Server file system can be converted to PDF format.

Navigation

In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
Navigate to the Miscellaneous stencil.
On the Miscellaneous stencil, drag the PDF Converter AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.

Properties for This AgileShape

Destination	Definition: Specifies the file path or folder where the output file is to be stored. Allowed Values: The file or folder name with complete path. Default Value: None Custom Attributes: Yes
DestinationRepository	Definition: Specifies the repository for storing the output files. Allowed Values: FileSystem Currently, only the FileSystem repository is supported. Default Value: FileSystem
Filter	Opens the Following Window: Filter Window Purpose of this Window: Specifies the file types you want to convert to PDF.
OverWriteFile	Definition: Specifies whether the AgileShape overwrites the files if they already exist at the specified destination location. Allowed Values: False - The AgileShape does not overwrite any existing file. True - The AgileShape overwrites the file if it exists with the same name at the destination location. Default Value: False
Recursive	Definition: Determines whether the AgileShape's specified action － such as copying, uploading, or deleting － is recursive. In other words, it determines whether the action is repeated in subfolders of the target folder or document library. Allowed Values: False - The AgileShape performs the action only on the files located at the specified source folder. Files within subfolders aren't affected. True - The AgileShape performs the action on the files located at the specified source folder, as well as the files that are located within the subfolders. Default Value: False
Source	Definition: Specifies the name of the source file or folder containing files to be converted to the PDF files. Allowed Values: The source file or folder name with complete path. Default Value: None Custom Attributes: No
SourceRepository	Definition: Specifies the repository for storing the source files. Allowed Values: FileSystem Currently, only the FileSystem repository is supported. Default Value: FileSystem
