Navigation

In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
Navigate to the SharePoint stencil.
On the SharePoint stencil, drag the Check Out File AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.

Properties for This AgileShape

Field Name	Definition
CheckoutToLocal	Definition: Determines whether a file can be checked out from a SharePoint document library to your computer. Allowed Values: False - A draft copy of the file is stored on the server. This indicates that you can access the SharePoint file over internet. True - A copy of file is checked out on your computer's hard drive. Thus, you can work on the file on your computer. Default Value: False
Document URL	Definition: The URL of your document or file — for example, the file you want to add, delete, or check out. Allowed Values: A valid URL. Default Value: None Custom Attributes: Yes

Definition:
