Check In File

An AgilePart that checks a file in to SharePoint.



Navigation

  1. In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
  2. Navigate to the SharePoint stencil.
  3. On the SharePoint stencil, drag the Check In File AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
  4. To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.

Field Name Definition

Checkin Type

Definition:
Specifies how a file is checked in to a SharePoint document library.
Allowed Values:
  • MinorCheckIn - The file is in a draft status.
  • MajorCheckIn - The file is ready to be published.
  • OverwriteCheckIn - The check-in file overwrites the same file if it already exists.
Default Value:
MajorCheckIn

Comments

Definition:
Specifies any information you want to associate with the check-in action.
Allowed Values:
Multiple lines of text.
Default Value:
None

Document URL

Definition:
The URL of your document or file — for example, the file you want to add, delete, or check out.
Allowed Values:
A valid URL.
Default Value:
None
