Fixes for App Builder

The following issues have been fixed in this release for App Builder.

13.0311.10

Clone app does not trim leading and trailing space character for the application name or process model name.

13.0311.11

If a user tries to export the app, and files for the app are check out by another user, App Builder shows this message:

You are about to Check In some files on behalf of other users. Do you want to proceed?

If the user clicks Cancel, App Builder throws this exception:

Exporting of Application with ID: 32BIT ID failed with message, There are file(s) in application in checked out state, Please undo checkout and checkin the files.

Inactive entities are visible when selecting a data source in App Builder.
