Fixes for eForm Builder

The following issues have been fixed in this release for eForm Builder.

15.0304.10

In the Text Box form control, internal name validation is compared against both other internal names, and other labels. If another form control has a label that matches the internal name of the Text Box form control, this error shows:

Another field exists with the same dataname.

Occasionally, if you delete a form control from My Control Library, it is not deleted from the schema.

If you use the Number Box and Currency form controls in Internet Explorer, you cannot enter numbers in decimal places with a keyboard number pad.

Occasionally, the File Upload form control fails to upload the file until the brower cache is cleared.

If you configure a subform as mandatory, and then use the bulk edit screen to change the configuration of the subform so it is not mandatory, the changes are not saved.
