Enhancements for Work Center

This release includes these enhancements for Work Center.

AgilePoint NX v6.0 SP1

17.0282.01: A User Statistics option has been added to Work Center where users can see chart and graph based views for their tasks and processes.
17.0282.02: Links to external apps can be exposed in the Work Center. These links can be configured using the Settings > Work Center > External Link Config. You can use this feature to provide Portal users with quick access to links, like frequently used reports.
17.0282.03: You can open more than one task in the Work Center at one time.

17.0276.01: You can specify filter conditions on the Work Center Tasks and Process tabs.
17.0276.02: The Task and Process tabs have a new view called Applications I Own. Application owners can use this view to administer the tasks and processes for applications they own.
17.0276.03: You can limit access to the All Tasks and My Group Peers views with access rights.
17.0276.04: You can configure Task and Process view options to show or hide.
17.0276.05: The Process I Worked and Process I Started tabs show the same views as the Tasks tabs.
17.0276.06: You can configure the default Process Viewer zoom value.
17.0276.07: You can configure the Process Viewer to open in a new window or tab by default.
17.0276.08: You can disable context menu actions based on the view type. (This does not apply to the Process Viewer.)

This component has been localized for these languages:

17.0266.01: In the Work Center, the Task filter includes the filter options, Contains, Does Not Contain, Starts With, and Ends With.
17.0266.02: Change the CSS for the look and feel of the Work Center.
17.0266.03: A direct URL link to the Tasks tabs is available.
17.0266.04: Applications and processes shown in the My Apps and Task list tabs can be filtered through the Filter settings.

17.0258.02: In Work Center > Inbox > My Tasks and In Queue tabs, there is a configuration option to add a column for Process Initiator Name.
17.0258.03: In Settings > Work Center Tab Setting, there is a Default View option to set the default filter.
17.0258.04: There is a new permission called Allow using System Account in access token. Users can only see the Use System Account option in the access tokens if they have this permission.

17.0254.03: In Work Center > Inbox, you can open task that uses InfoPath, AgileForms, SharePoint List forms.
17.0254.04: In Work Center > Inbox > My Tasks and In Queue tabs, there is a column for Process Instance Name.

17.0252.02: In the Work Center, the Process Viewer screen provides an option to open the Process viewer in a new tab.
17.0252.03: In the Work Center, the My Application screen has been improved with options to search by application name or process model name, sort by application release date or alphabetically, and group by applications.
17.0252.04: In the Process Viewer, activity information look and feel has been changed improved, including new options to perform actions like take assignment, reassign, cancel task and open task.
