AgilePoint Server Enhancements

03.0311.01: An advanced server side configuration lets you restrict the local file system folders that can be used for uploading files with the File Upload form control in eForm Builder.
03.0311.02: A service behavior extension supports SSL offloading for WSHTTP binding.

Portal Enhancements

12.0311.01: Settings > Admin Settings > Mobile Configuration has the setting, Use Microsoft Authenticator App.
12.0311.02: Settings > Admin Settings > Mobile Configuration has the setting, Show or Hide Application Owner Name.
12.0311.03: Microsoft Azure Active Directory supports authentication with a guest user account.
12.0311.04: The Custom tab lets you export the selected tabs.
12.0311.05: When you export custom tabs, you can choose the tabs.
12.0311.06: Microsoft Azure Active Directory authentication uses Microsoft Authentication Library (MSAL).

Process Builder Enhancements

14.0311.01: The Inline Function activity has a formula Currency(DecimalNumber, StringCulture, DecimalPoint), which supports specified decimal places.

Form Builder Enhancements

15.0311.01: The File Upload form control has a PreUpload event that occurs before it starts uploading the file and an onPostUpload event that occurs after the file has finished uploading.
15.0311.02: The Windows authentication credentials are encrypted in REST lookups.
15.0311.03: The List View and Data Grid form controls support filter context menu localization.
15.0311.04: A JavaScript method is available for Native Print PDF.
15.0311.05: Save as PDF and Print PDF support the Rich Text Box form control.
15.0311.06: The Single Select Lookup, Pop-Up Select, and People Picker form controls support localization in the filter context menu.
15.0311.07: Anonymous forms supports explicitly whitelisting APIs and whitelisting specific variables that are allowed to be used on that anonymous form for better control of the form security.
15.0311.08: Form-based apps associated with a SharePoint data source allow the File Upload form control to add, view, or delete.
15.0311.09: In the DateTime form control, the time picker interval has been changed from 30 minutes to 1 minute.

Manage Center Enhancements

16.0311.01: In the Manage Center, the Database access token has options to set the Connection Lifetime and Enable Pooling.
16.0311.02: The Microsoft Azure Active Directory access token supports Microsoft Graph API URLs for government organizations.
16.0311.03: The Microsoft Teams access token supports Microsoft Graph API URLs for government organizations.
16.0311.04: Oracle database integration works without any dependency on the version of the Oracle client installed on the server.
16.0311.05: The Database access token for Oracle supports a proxy user as part of the connection string.

Data Entities Enhancements

19.0311.01: If a relationship field is deleted in one entity, it deletes only the relationship in corresponding entities, and not the field.
19.0311.03: The Picklist name and value allow a maximum of 100 characters.
19.0311.04: Import data provides an option to retain the record field value if the record field type is of GUID.
19.0311.05: In Data Entities, when you create a new entity, the import and export option is enabled by default.
19.0311.06: When you create a new entity in Data Entities entity-level permission groups are enabled by default.
19.0311.07: In Data Entities, when you create a relationship, the parent entities list displays both the internal name and the display name of the entity.
19.0311.14: Standard entity fields can be visible on the Data tab.
19.0311.15: The Data tab displays the number of records.
19.0311.16: You can search picklist items in a picklist.
19.0311.17: The name and value for a picklist item supports numbers and special characters.

SharePoint Integration Fixes

06.0311.01: Occasionally, the SharePoint workflow status page shows the Process Viewer diagram for the wrong process instance.
06.0311.02: Form-based apps that use a SharePoint data source fail to associate with a custom content type.
06.0311.03: In a form-based app, if you edit an associated SharePoint list with the edit button in the SharePoint list grid, Update Form does not open.
06.0311.04: On a form-based app that uses a SharePoint data source, update form does not render when accessed from the Chrome browser on an iOS device.
06.0311.05: An app that uses a SharePoint data source triggered by document library does not store the value of the ContentType.

App Builder Fixes

13.0311.01: Exporting an app fails if the app name contains more than one space character.

Process Builder Fixes

14.0311.03: The SAP activities truncate numeric values after 2 decimal places.
14.0311.04: SAP credentials that are written to a log file are visible to administrators who have access to the log file.
14.0311.05: If a swimlane name contains special characters, the Process Viewer fails to show the process model.
14.0311.06: The REST activity and REST lookup execution increase CPU usage on the AgilePoint Server machine, resulting in reduced AgilePoint Server performance.
14.0311.07: The Document Transfer activity deletes the parent folder in a Box repository.
14.0311.08: If an exception occurs in the SAP activities, the Continue option suspends the process instance.
14.0311.09: The Salesforce Update Entity activity fails to set Salesforce fields to an empty string value.
14.0311.10: The Document Transfer activity fails to copy files from a SharePoint source to a SharePoint target if the SharePoint access token is configured with OAuth 2.0.
14.0311.11: An SAP activity with secure credential control fails to connect to SAP.

Form Builder Fixes

15.0311.10: Occasionally, submitting a form that is associated with the Data Entities data source with a parent and child entity throw this exception:
Object not set to an Instance
15.0311.11: If there is a large number of folders on a file system or shared drive data source, the File Upload form control takes a long time.
15.0311.12: The Comment form control description field encodes XML escape characters and stores them in the schema, which causes XML encoded strings to display in subsequent activities.
15.0311.13: If you select a Drop-Down List form control value containing two or more spaces, and submit the form, in the form for the next activity, the value for the same Drop-Down form control is not selected by default.
15.0311.14: In Report view > Hyperlink or Button form controls with actions like Print PDF, Save as PDF, Cancel are enabled.
15.0311.15: In the List View and Data Grid form controls, filtering for the Date or Datetime type columns format is different from the format configured at design time.
15.0311.16: If a Database lookup configured with a manual query, and the table column data type is string, but the value stored is date or datetime in string format, and the columns are associated with a Data Grid or List View form control, it is automatically detected as a DateTime form control.
15.0311.17: When you save an eForm, this incorrect message shows:
Form submitted succesfully
15.0311.18: When a form user types very fast in the search box for the User List form control, the list of filtered users is not retrieved.
15.0311.19: When editing a REST lookup configuration, OAuth 2.0 authentication access tokens are not retained.
15.0311.20: In a task that is not a Start Task, the File Upload form control fails to download the file if a user uploads a file and saves the form, then opens the saved form and deletes the previously uploaded file version, then uploads a newer file version with same file name, then submits the form.
15.0311.21: A User List form control in a Subform form control fails to show or hide based on rules.
15.0311.22: If you edit the configuration for a database lookup, this error message shows:
Could not retrieve tables
15.0311.23: The List View and Data Grid form controls with Date or DateTime filters do not work with the Is Equal To operator.
15.0311.24: If form validation JavaScript methods are called one after another back to back, the only the last validation message displays.
15.0311.25: The Drop-Down List form control fails to display if it contains only one item to display and with the sorting option enabled.
15.0311.26: The Database lookup fails to retrieve tables while configuring lookups against case-sensitive databases.
15.0311.27: The Database lookup fails to retrieve tables while configuring lookups against non-dbo schemas.
15.0311.28: The Database lookup fails to retrieve tables during configuration if the column name in the table contains space.
15.0311.29: If the File Upload form control is configured with a SharePoint Online List or Library, it does not delete or update the file if the file name contains these special characters: ~, #, %, &, {, }.
15.0311.30: Forms associated with a SharePoint data source fail to update the Multi-Select check box field value from a task activity that is not a Start Task.
15.0311.31: The latest Android tablet devices do not render tablet view because the tablet is not recognized.
15.0311.32: The User List form control fails to store the selected value through keyboard.
15.0311.33: The User List form control and Drop-Down form control fails to select the value in mobile view.
15.0311.34: Save as PDF fails if the form name contains a forward slash (/).
15.0311.35: Data Grid form control columns configuration is not saved.
15.0311.36: The Chart control automatically increases the maximum value based on the Y-axis.
15.0311.38: The Date form control does not store the month and year without selecting the date.
15.0311.42: The Telerik Date-Time form control does not consider the Minimum and Maximum Date-Time values, if they are configured.
15.0311.43: In the Formula form control, the upperstr function trims the text if it has a comma (,).
15.0311.44: The File Upload form control uploads files that are larger than the configured size limit.
15.0311.45: The JavaScript method eFormHelper.deleteRowsFromSubForm fails to delete a subform row in a nested subform.
15.0311.46: The JavaScript methods eFormHelper.getField, eFormHelper.getFieldValue, and eFormHelper.setFieldValue fail when used in a fourth-level nested subform.
15.0311.47: The Radio Button form control fails to change size based on the configured width.
15.0311.48: In Internet Explorer, the DateTime form control fails to display the datetime value if Store Date Time as Plain Text is selected.
15.0311.49: The Drawing form control persists in the schema after the signature is cleared.
15.0311.50: The Chart form control with one legend fails to render the chart.
15.0311.51: Nested Subform controls are not updated in the form after adding or updating control from the Form Library, and they are not cleared from the form after they are deleted from the Form Library.
15.0311.52: If a SharePoint library and a SharePoint list exist with same name, the File Upload form control only lets the app designer choose the SharePoint list, and not the library.
15.0311.53: Apps that use a SharePoint data source fail to update the SharePoint People Picker field type.
15.0311.54: The Schema Mapper fails to map a REST lookup that has double encoded JSON properties.

Manage Center Fixes

16.0311.06: If the Database Event Service uses MySQL, it fails to retrieve the database tables.
16.0311.07: SharePoint access tokens configured with OAuth 2.0 return information about the parent SharePoint site, when they should only display subsites under the configured site.

Work Center Fixes

17.0311.01: In WorkCenter > Inbox > Tasks, when you use the My Department view, if your user profile does not have a department specified, it shows you tasks of all the users who do not have a department specified, instead of showing no tasks, even though you could not perform any action on the displayed tasks.
17.0311.02: In WorkCenter > Inbox > Processes I Started, when you apply a filter, it does not show the filtered results.

Data Entities Fixes

19.0311.20: In Data Entities > Security > Add Members, if multiple users have the same Full Name, on search it only displays one user instead of displaying all users.
19.0311.21: In a parent and child entity, you can create a relationship with the same name. When one relationship is deleted, all relationships with the same name are deleted, which causes errors.

19.0311.23: After deleting an app associated with an entity, the app association is displayed under the Association tab.

Page Builder Fixes

20.0311.01: In Page Builder, in the Work Center widget, the hide default task view and disable actions for task view displays options for processes, instead of tasks.
20.0311.02: In Page Builder, the Image Picker widget does not retain the image source type while editing.
