Fixes for Manage Center

The following issues have been fixed in this release for Manage Center.

The Power BI access token fails to validate if the client secret contains special characters.

The database event service does not show columns of type Auto Increment or Identity.

Archived process instances fail to load if the instances are associated with a data source.

In Manage Center > Processes, searches based on process instance name with a single quote ( ' ) fail.
