When I attempt to open the AgilePoint Server Configuration Utility, the following error occurs: "System.InvalidOperationException: Failed to access system resource..." This error occurs because your system is set to use Windows FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms.

To fix this issue, do the following:

1. In Windows, click Start > Administrative Tools > Local Security Policy.
2. On the Local Security Policy window, navigate to Local Policies > Security Options.
3. Change System cryptography: Use FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption, hashing, and signing to Disabled.
