Fixes for AgilePoint Server
The following issues have been fixed in this release for AgilePoint Server.

- Occasionally, a process instance gets stuck at the Stop activity.

- Occasionally, a process suspension notification is sent twice.

- If data source file has been deleted
but is referenced in the data model, a proper warning message is not logged,
and AgilePoint Server logs the following generic message:
Object reference not set to an Instance

- Occasionally, when performing process migration in an NLB environment, AgilePoint Server executes process activities twice.

- Registering a new user who is already registered triggers the Register User Event.

- Canceling a process instance does not cancel suspended child process instances.

- When a new user is registered, disabled users are included in the user license count validation.

- In an NLB environment, if a Resend Email Notification request routes to a slave node, the email notification is not sent.

- The debug log bloats because lines with the content before: FieldName, after: FieldName are unnecessarily included. These lines have been removed from the log.

- In an environment with a dynamic shared user license model, a license usage check during user login causes a performance issue on AgilePoint Server.
