Fixes for App Builder
The following issues have been fixed in this release for App Builder.

- App rollback to a previous version fails to delete all process instances between the current version and the app version to which the app rolled back.

- In an email template, the en-US locale email body does not get deleted.

- When cloning an email template
with email content with multiple locales,
the cloned email template cannot be edited
and throw this error:
